How to Administer
To specify ES Status mode of operation:
1 Enter administration mode by sliding the T/P switch to P.
2 Press Conference twice.
The administration menu appears.
3 Press [More], [Options], [More], [Status].
4 Select [Hotel].
5 Press Conference to return to the main administration
mode by sliding the T/P switch to the center position.
To put attendant consoles into ES Status display mode:

The administration menu appears.
Press [Stations], [More], [More], [XtndSta].
Green lights flash next to the Auto intercom buttons for all candidate attendant consoles.
Press the Auto Intercom button for each attendant console until the light next to the
button shows the appropriate code.
Green light steady =
console is in ES Status Display mode
Green light flashing
= console is not in ES Status Display mode
Press Conference to return to the main administration menu, or leave administration
mode by sliding the T/P switch to the center position.
