Do This
Step
1.
Program the feature on a
second voice terminal and
try to use the feature.
Step
2.
Replace the first voice
terminal with a voice
terminal known to be
working correctly.

The feature works
correctly
The feature still doesn’t
work
The trouble remains
The trouble no longer
The first voice terminal is

defective. Replace it.
Then
The trouble is either the
voice terminal on which
the feature did not work
or the control unit. To
determine which, go to
Step 2.

incoming or outgoing

2: Only one line is assigned to the incoming and outgoing
group and it’s the same line for both.
