This chapter contains information about upgrading the system to Release 5.0. You
can perform the following upgrades:
■ From Release 1.0 to Release 5.0
■ From Release 1.1 to Release 5.0
■ From Release 2.0 to Release 5.0
■ From Release 2.1 to Release 5.0
■ From Release 3.0 to Release 5.0
■ From Release 4.0 to Release 5.0
■ From Release 4.1 to Release 5.0
■ From Release 4.2 to Release 5.0
MERLIN
II Communications System programming cannot be upgraded to this
communications system. Any upgrades from MERLIN II must be considered a
new installation to MERLIN LEGEND.
