Quick Start
On MLC-5 Cordless Phones

Extend the antenna on both the handset and the base
unit.
Press Status to see which lines or features are in use.
Press On/Off.
The red light next to it goes on. The Talk light on the base unit also
goes on.
If the red light next to the line button you want to use is
not on, press the button.
The red light goes on.
If you are using a SA button, dial the dial-out code.
Dial the phone number.
To disconnect the call, press On/Off or place the
handset in the base unit.
The handset turns off automatically when placed in the base unit.
