Description
Pickup allows users to answer calls that are ringing, parked, or on hold
anywhere in the system. There are two types of Pickup: Individual and Group.
Individual Pickup can be used in three ways: Extension, Line, and General.
Table 27 shows the calls that can be answered with each type of Pickup. Note
that if more than one call is ringing or on hold, the first call received is the one
picked up.
