exist, the technician has the following choices:
Exit without making any changes to the database, using [F6] (Cancel),
Re-install the database. This choice completely replaces the existing
extension directory in the application database.
Reconcile the database with the switch. This choice follows the same
rules as the daily reconciliation program, as described earlier in Table
20.
Switch Programming Results
No information is sent to the switch.
Screen Results
The user is returned to the Technician Maintenance menu.

Figure 15 shows the Extension Directory screen. A description of its use
follows.

Extension
The user must enter an extension number in this field. If the user then
presses
[F1]
(Display),
any information available for that extension in
the application database fills the remaining fields. When the Extension
Directory screen is first accessed after performing an Extension Directory
Setup, only the Extension Label field is populated (if the extension is
a valid one and a label was programmed for it on the switch).
