Assign or remove an individual DLC position:
● Operator → Positions → Direct Line
Enable or disable DLC Operator Automatic Hold
Systemwide:
● Operator → DLC Hold
When One-Touch Transfer is programmed, select either
automatic or manual completion for system operators:
● Options → Transfer → One Touch →
Transfer
Change the duration of the timer signaling a call still on
hold:
● Operator → Hold Timer
