Changing the Schedule
5. Enter the date in one of the following formats:
— If the system administrator’s mailbox language is English,
mmddyy
(month day year).
— If the system administrator’s mailbox language is French or
Spanish,
ddmmyy
(day month year).
where:
mm
= month, 01–12
dd
= day, 01–31
yy
= year, 00–99
The system plays back the date and asks you to confirm it by
pressing [ * ] [ # ] or re-enter it by pressing [ 1 ].
6. Choose one of the following actions:
— [ * ] [ # ] to confirm the date.
The system plays the current time and prompts you to enter the time.
— [ 1 ] to re-enter the date. Go back to Step 5.
7. Enter the time in
hhmm
format (hour minute).
— 24-hour format: 0000–2359
— 12-hour format: 0100–1259
— [ # ] to keep the current time.
NOTE:
If French is the system administrator’s mailbox language, you
must use the 24-hour format.
If the system administrator’s mailbox language is English or Spanish
and the number you enter is 0100–1259, the system prompts you to
enter one of the following settings as well:
— [ 1 ] for A.M.
— [ 2
] for P.M.
