5. Enter the date in one of the following formats:
— If the system administrator’s mailbox language is English,
mmddyy (month day year).
— If the system administrator’s mailbox language is French or
Spanish,
ddmmyy (day month year),
where:
mm
= month, 01–12
dd
= day, 01-31
yy
= year, 00-99
The system plays back the date and asks you to confirm it by
pressing
[*] [#] or re-enter it by pressing [1]
6. Choose one of the following options:
— [*] [#] to confirm the date.
The system plays the current time and prompts you to enter the time.
— [1] to re-enter the date. Go back to Step 5.
7. Enter the time in
hhmm format (hour minute).
— 24-hour format: 0000-2359
— 12-hour format: 0100-1259
— [#] to keep the current time.
NOTE:
If French is the system administrator’s mailbox language, you must use
the 24-hour format.
