Press and hold the “1” key on your handset
• Follow the voice prompts to personalize your voice mailbox

To require a passcode from the voicemail main menu

Press “4” for Personal Options
• Press “2” for Administrative Options
• Press “1” for passcode and follow instructions
to turn on your passcode
