Internal
(DSE) Loopback Test
The Internal (DSE)
Loopback Test checks the communication path between the
Processor module and the 800 CO-BRI module. If the test fails, the 800 CO-BRI
module usually should be replaced.
Follow the screens and instructions below to run an Internal Loopback Test.

At the Slot screen, enter the number of
the slot in which the 800 CO-BRI
module resides. Select Enter.

Busy-

Reset
Restore
Clock

Busy-Out Slot xx:
Do you want to continue?
Yes
Cancel
Busy-Out Slot xx:
Busy-Out Complete
Exit
out.
At the Busy-Out Slot screen, select
Yes.
When the busy-out of the slot is
complete, the Busy-Out Complete
screen appears. Select Exit.
NOTE:
If the busy-out cannot be completed,
a screen showing “Busy-Out FAlLED”
appears. Repeat steps 2 through 4
until the slot can be busied-out.
