shows for various reasons:

and name.
UNKNOWN NUMBER
Your telephone service provider cannot determine
the caller’s number.
UNKNOWN NAME
Your telephone service provider cannot determine
the caller’s name.
UNKNOWN CALLER
Your telephone service provider cannot determine
the caller’s name and telephone number.
Calls from other countries may also generate this
message.
