My caller ID isn’t working.
Caller ID is a subscription service. You must subscribe to this
service from your telephone service provider for this feature to
work on your phone.
The caller may not be calling from an area that supports caller ID.
Both your and your caller’s telephone service providers must use
caller ID compatible equipment.
If you subscribe to high-speed Internet service (DSL - digital
subscriber line) through your telephone line, you must install a
wall jack (page 7

You may have set Smart call blocker to screen calls without
numbers and uncategorized calls. The telephone asks callers
to announce their names or press the pound key (#). We
recommend that you add the phone numbers of your family
members and friends, and desired businesses to your Directory
(see page 48) or Allow list (see page 80), or add their names
to the Star name list (see page 85). This will avoid Smart call
blocker to screen their calls.
