Copying and pasting items
This section includes the following topics:

Copying from a Designer report
To copy items from one report to another report:
1. Open the report from which you want to copy.
2. Select the items that you want to copy.
3. Press Control+C.
4. Open the report to which you want to paste what you have copied.
5. Press Control+V.

Note: Open both reports in design mode to copy from one report to another report.
Copying from a report that is not a Designer report
To copy an item from a report that is not a Designer report:
1. Run the report.
2. Select Design from the Report menu.
3. Copy the item to the clipboard.

4. Select Run from the Report menu.
One of the following occurs:
● If you did not make any changes to the report, you will automatically be returned to
the run mode.
● If you inadvertently made changes to the report, Supervisor displays a message that
gives you the option to save the changes.
5. Select No if you made changes that you do not want to save.
