If a user forgets his or her password:

The Commands window opens.

2 Highlight UNIX and press ENTER.
The screen clears and a  prompt displays.

4 At the prompt, type the correct root password.

5 At the  prompt, type SDVVZGXVHULG!, then type the ID of the user
who forgot the password.
