Running a maintenance backup
Prerequisites
• You must do a full backup before doing the first incremental
backup.
• You should back up your system data when it has changed or on a
weekly basis.
Steps
To run a maintenance backup:

1 On the controller window, select Tools | Maintenance.
The Maintenance selector window opens.

2 In the ACD field, type or select the ACD for which you are running a
maintenance backup.
Select Operations | Backup Data.
