ROW_TIME The time at which the exception occurred. smallint 2 bytes
SEQNO The sequence number of this exception record. integer 4 bytes
SPLIT The split/skill in which the exception occurred. smallint 2 bytes
THRESHOLD The limit, as a number of occurrences, administered for the
exception type. An exception occurs when the split's/skill's
activity falls outside of that limit.
