DA_ACWOOFFTIME
The amount of talk time of all
DA_ACWOOFFCALLS (does not include
HOLDTIME). DA_ACWOOFFTIME is
included in DA_ACWOTIME.
Requires a Generic 3 switch with the
ASAI or EAS feature for direct agent
calling.
