Reset
On the Home screen, swipe up the screen, tap to enter the Settings screen. Then,
choose System > Reset options.
• Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth: Reset all network settings, including Wi-Fi, Mobile
data and Bluetooth.
• Reset app preferences: Reset all preferences for:
- Disabled apps
- Disabled app notifications
- Default applications for actions
- Background data restrictions for apps
- Any permission restrictions
• Erase all data (factory reset): Erase all data from your phone’s internal storage,
including:
- Your Google account
- System and app data and settings
- Downloaded apps
- Music
- Photos
- Other user data
Note: Before restoring factory settings, it is vital that you first back up all important
data on the phone; otherwise all data will be lost after factory settings have been
restored.
