Hang up handset
Transfer

To send present call to
another extension or
outside number

Press [ Transfer ]
[dial tone]

Present call put on hold
Dial extension or number that call is to be
transferred to
[ringback tone]
●
Remain on line and announce call if desired; if
no answer or number dialed is busy, return to
held call by pressing its [
xxxxx ]

Press [
Transfer ] again
●
Call is sent to the dialed extension or number
Note: Only calls from another extension can be
sent to an outside number; you cannot transfer a call
from an outside number to another outside number.
