DTMF MEMORY ENCODER
D Transmitting a DTMF memory directly
z Push [FUNC] then [

DTMF memory encoder ON.

x Push [DTMF-S] to turn the DTMF memory di-
rect selection ON.
• The function indicator (microphone) lights green.
c Push the desired DTMF channel.
• “0” to “9,” “A” to “D,” “✱” and “#” are available for
DTMF memory channels.
• The selected DTMF tone sequence is automatically
transmitted without pushing PTT.
NOTE: When no DTMF tone sequence pro-
grammed channel number is pushed, it transmits
the relative DTMF tone sequence as the manual
transmission described as at right.
v Push [DTMF-S] again to deactivate the DTMF
memory direct selection.
b Push [FUNC] then [

the DTMF memory encoder.

z Deactivate the DTMF memory encoder by
pushing [FUNC] then [
SET
B(D-OFF)].
x Push [DTMF-S] to turn the DTMF direct selec-
tion ON.
• The function indicator (microphone) lights green.
c Push one of “0” to “9” and “A” to “F” keys mo-
mentarily, then push the desired DTMF keys,
0–9 and A to F.
