The Modulator/Demodulator card performs Fast Fourier Transform
(FFT) and inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT) processing to provide
a conversion between the frequency domain baseband processing
functions of the Baseband Shelf and the time domain functions of the
radio gear.
