The exposure standard for mobile phones employs a unit of measurement known
asSpecificAbsorptionRate(SAR).TheSARlimitrecommendedbytheEUCouncil
is 2.0W/kg. SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions with the
phonetransmittingatitshighestcertifiedpowerlevelinalltestedfrequencybands.
Although
theSARisdeterminedatthehighestcertifiedpowerlevel,theactualSAR
levelof the phone while operating can be well below the maximum value. This is
becausethephoneisdesignedtooperateatmultiplepowerlevelssoastouseonly
the power required to reach the
network. In general, the closer you are to a base
station,thelowerthepoweroutputofthephone.
*TheSARlimitformobilephonesusedbythepublicis2.0watts/kilogram(W/kg)
averagedovertengramsofbodytissue.Thelimitincorporatesasubstantialmargin
of safety to give
additional protection for the public and to account for any
variations in measurements. The SAR values may vary, depending on national
reporting requirements and the network band. According to CE standard, the
maximum SAR value of this phone is GSM 900 0,439 W/kg and GSM 1800 0,414
W/kg.
17. Warranty
The warranty period starts at the time of Productʹs original purchase by the first
enduser.TheProductmayconsistofseveraldifferentpartsanddifferentpartsmay
be covered by a different warranty period (hereinafterʺWarranty Periodʺ). The
