111. From the Run menu, select Wet Run.
> Watch to make sure that the program, performs the following:
• Finds two corner fiducials on the workpiece.
• Finds the Workpiece skip mark.
• Finds the fiducials at each flip chip model location for the Lfill pattern.
• Finds the Lfill skip marks.
?NOTE The skip mark for Pattern 3 should not be found and the
pattern should be skipped.
• Performs a Flow Rate measurement. (Only performed on Wet Run.)
• Performs a Substrate Height Measurement.
• Dry dispenses L-shaped lines around each of the flip chip models.
• Waits for the timer to expire, then dry dispenses L-shaped lines around the
opposite corners of the flip chip models.
This concludes the tutorial on a L-shaped Underfill Pattern.
