Calling for help in an emergency

When are in trouble and require immediate help, you can use any one of the following

methods to tell Zenbo to call for help:

• Tap Zenbo’s head 4 times

Tap Zenbo’s head in 4 quick successions to send a

distress message to your emergency contacts.

Touch sensor area

• Use voice command and say “救命啊”

When using this voice command, a distress message will be sent to your emergency

contacts.

• Loudly saying the

emergency distress code

From the notifications panel, tap Apps > Settings > emergency distress code, enter

your emergency distress code and tap Save. When you shout the emergency distress

code, Zenbo will send a distress message to your emergency contacts, if you do not

have any emergency contacts, Zenbo will contact the local authorities and activate

video call with the police.

NOTE:

• Use any one of the following methods to start a video call with the police:

1. Use voice commands and say

“我要視訊報案” or “我要報案” to launch the

“110 視訊報案”app.

2. Use your emergency distress code to call for help.

• To prevent accidentally sending a distress call to the police, tapping Zenbo’s

head and using the voice command “救命啊” will not alert the local authorities.

• If you do not have any emergency contacts, we recommend setting up an

emergency

distress code to contact the local authorities and activate video call with the

police.

• When launching the app for the first time, ensure that you give permission to the

app and set up all your information.

• Ensure that you have enabled Location, Wi-Fi, and Automatic date & time to use the

video call feature with the police.
