Zenbo User Manual

Keeping the firmware updated

We recommend keeping the Android operating system and all apps updated to the

latest version.

Please follow the steps below to update the system:

1. In Zenbo mode, swipe down from the top of the screen twice to open the

notifications panel.

2. Tap the

icon to open Settings.

3. Tap About > System updates > Check Update.

Backing up system files

You can backup your account information, home map, and other files to an external

USB storage device.

Please follow the steps below to backup to an external USB storage device:

1. Insert the external USB storage device to the USB port located in Zenbo’s head.

2. In Zenbo mode, swipe down from the top of the screen twice to open the

notifications panel.

3. Tap

Apps > Settings > Backup & reset > Backup account > Administrator account.

4. Tap Select storage location, then select the external storage device and tap Select.

5. The system will begin the backup process, please wait till the “Backup complete”

screen appears to complete.
