Charging Zenbo with the power adapter

Read the following precautions before charging your Zenbo’s battery.

IMPORTANT!

• Use only the bundled power adapter and power cord to charge your Zenbo. Using a

different power adapter may damage your Zenbo.

• Peel the protective film off from the power adapter and power cord before

charging the Zenbo to prevent risk or injury.

• Ensure that you plug the power adapter to the correct power outlet with the correct

input rating.

The input voltage of this product is 100-240V, 1.2A.

• Charge Zenbo for at least four 4 hours before using it for the first time. You can

check the battery level in the notifications panel, please refer to Page 53 for more

details. You can also use voice commands to ask Zenbo about its battery level by

saying ”Hey Zenbo, does your battery still have power?”.

• Ensure to unlock the red emergency button before charging or powering on your

Zenbo for the first time, please refer to Chapter 1: Getting started for more

details.

Please follow the steps below to charge your Zenbo:

1. Connect the bundled power adapter and power cord to the power (DC) input port

behind Zenbo.

2. Plug the AC power adapter into a 100V~240V power source.

NOTE:

• When you give a voice command while the power adapter and power cord is still

connected, Zenbo will respond with ”Zenbo 在充電，不可以亂跑!”, please

remove the power cord to allow Zenbo to move around freely. If Zenbo’s battery

level is still low after removing the power cord, Zenbo will remind you with

”Zenbo 充飽電後才能工作喔!”.

• When the battery is low, Zenbo will tell you”I’m almost out of battery. Will you

help me recharge?”. Please connect the bundled power adapter and power cord or

use the charging station to charge Zenbo.
