11. Launch Play Store or App Store and search for Zenbo, then install the companion
app. You can also scan the QR code on Zenbo’s face to install the companion app.

Installation complete on Zenbo’s face to complete.
NOTE:
• The administrator will require a smartphone running Android 4.4.0+ or iOS 10.0+
to manage Zenbo.
• Ensure that you have installed the companion app before proceeding to the next
settings.

12. Launch the installed Zenbo app on your smartphone, select
Add new robot from the
menu and enter the robot’s account displayed on Zenbo’s face.
