If you have a pacemaker:
• Always keep your ASUS Phone
more than six inches (15cm) from
your pacemaker when turned on.
• Do not carry your ASUS Phone in
your breast pocket.
• Use the ear opposite the
pacemaker to minimize the
potential for interference.
• If you have any reason to suspect
that interference is taking place,
switch off your ASUS Phone
immediately.
Hearing aids
Some digital phones may interfere
with some hearing aids. In the event of
such interference, call ASUS Customer
Service to discuss alternatives.
Other medical devices
If you use any other personal medical
device, consult the manufacturer
of your device to determine if it is
adequately shielded from external RF
energy. Your physician may be able to
assist you in obtaining this information.
Turn your ASUS Phone off in
healthcare facilities when any
regulations posted in these areas
instruct you to do so.
Hospitals or healthcare facilities may
be using equipment that could be
sensitive to external RF energy.
