useoflead,mercury,hexavalentchromium,
polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and
polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in
concentrationsexceeding0.1%byweightin
homogenousmaterialsand0.01%byweightin
homogenousmaterialsforcadmium,exceptforthe
exemptionslistedinScheduleIIoftheRule.
