Useful tips for your ASUS Tablet
To help you maximize the use of your ASUS Tablet, maintain its system
performance, and ensure all your data are kept secured, here are some
useful tips that you can follow:
• UpdateWindows®periodicallytoensurethatyourapplications
have the latest security settings.
• UseASUSLiveUpdatetoupdateASUS-exclusiveapplications,
drivers and utilities in your ASUS Tablet. Refer to the ASUS Tutor
installed in your ASUS Tablet for more details.
• Useananti-virussoftwaretoprotectyourdataandkeepthis
updated too.
• Unlessabsolutelynecessary,refrainfromusingforceshutdownto
turn o your ASUS Tablet.
• Alwaysbackupyourdataandmakeitapointtocreateabackup
data in an external storage drive.
• RefrainfromusingtheASUSTabletatextremelyhigh
temperatures. If you are not going to use your ASUS Tablet for a
long period of time (at least a month), we recommend that you
take out the battery if the battery is removable.
• Disconnectallexternaldevicesandensureyouhavethefollowing
items prior to resetting your ASUS Tablet:
- Product key for your operating systems and other installed
applications
- Backup data
- Log in ID and password
- Internet connection information
