● From a corpora te ce rtifica tion a u thority (CA) im ple m e nte d on a Windows
200 0 se rve r.
● Im port a ce rtifica te from a file with Inte rn e t Explore r's ce rtifica te im port
wiza rd.
If you do n ot know how to obta in a us e r ce rtifica te from the CA, con sult your
a dm in istra tor for the proce du re .

1. Obta in th e CA a nd store it on your loca l drive .
2. Click I m p o rt . Th e Ce rtifica te Im port Wiza rd ope n s.
3. Click N e x t .
4. Click Bro w s e to loca te the ce rtifica te on you r loca l drive .
5. Click th e e xported ce rtifica te .
6. Click Op e n .
7. Click N e x t .
8. Click P la c e a ll c e rt ific a t e s in t h e fo llo w in g s t o re .
9. Click Bro w s e to ope n th e S e le c t Ce rt ific a t e S t o re .
10. Click S h o w p h y s ic a l s t o re s .
11. Click OK.
12. From th e list of store s, scroll up a nd e xpa nd Tru s t e d Ro o t Ce rt ific a t e
Au t h o rit ie s .
13. Click Lo c a l Co m p u t e r.
14. Click OK.
15. Click N e x t .
16. Click Fin is h to com ple te the proce ss.

1. In the S ta rt m e nu, click Ru n .
2. En te r MMC.
3. Click OK to ope n Th e Microsoft Ma n a ge m e n t Console .
4. Click File .
5. Click Ad d / Re m o v e S n a p - in .
6. Click Ad d to ope n the Add Sta nda lone Sna p-in pa ge .
7. Click Ce rt ific a t e s .
8. Click Ad d .
