Setting text message delivery options
You can set options for individual text
messages you send.
1 On the message compose screen,
press Menu (right softkey).
2 Select Message Options.
3 Check the Request message delivery
notification box to receive confirmation
that the message has been delivered.
4 Press Done (left softkey).
Creating and sending a multimedia
message
Multimedia messages consist of pictures,
videos, text, and sounds presented as one
or more slides. You can include any of the
following items:
Ringtones
• MIDI
Sound clips
• AMR
• QCELP
Pictures
• JPEG
• GIF
• WBMP
Videos
• 3GPP
• 3GPP2
• MPEG4
Outgoing multimedia messages can be up
to 300KB by default, but your network
operator may have a different maximum
message size.

preferences that apply to all incoming and
outgoing messages (see Customisi

message settings). If you set options for an
individual message, those options override
your general preferences for that message
only.
