Live is an instant messaging software that is preinstalled in your device. It allows
you to:
Send and receive instant messages to your contacts who are online;
Access your Hotmail
®
account and send and receive e-mail messages; and
Search the Web and get results delivered to your phone in an easy-to-read format.
To use Windows Live Messenger:
You must have a Microsoft Passport™ account or a Microsoft Exchange e-mail account.
You must have a Passport to use the MSN Messenger Service. If you have a Hotmail
®
or MSN
account, you already have a Passport. Once you have obtained either a Microsoft Passport or
Microsoft Exchange account, you are ready to set up your account.
Signing up in Windows Live Messenger
1. Tap Start > Programs > Windows Live.
If you already use MSN Messenger on your computer, your contacts
will show up on your device.
