phones?
How does a customer set up APN information on our Android phones?
Customer(s) can go to APPS- SETTINGS – MORE – (MOBILE) or (CELLULAR)
NETWORKS –
ACCESS POINT NAMES – Then tap on the upper right (+) sign to add an APN in the
field(s).
Most cellular providers will provide the APN information on their website or when
the customer contacts them.
Putting in the correct APN (Access Point Name) information will provide the
customer with 4G/LTE data speeds from the carrier they are on.
