Operator access with a tool
If a TOOL is necessary to gain access to an OPERATOR ACCESS AREA, either all other compartments within
that area containing a hazard shall be inaccessible to the OPERATOR by the use of the same TOOL, or such
compartments shall be marked to discourage OPERATOR access.
