Problem Possible Solution
The connected USB device to the
monitor is not working
• Make sure the USB cable is properly connected to the
computer and the monitor.
• Make sure the USB cable is properly connected to the
peripheral device and the monitor.
• Try using another USB port on the monitor.
• Try to use another USB port on the computer.
• Restart the computer.
• Make sure that the KVM setting in the USB setup
menu is set to the correct setting (Type-C or USB-B)
corresponding to the connected port.
• Depending on the USB host controller you are using, the
connected USB device may not be recognized correctly.
Update to the latest version of the USB driver provided
by the manufacturer, or connect the monitor to the USB
2.0 port.
• When using a Windows system, please check the
system USB configuration in the BIOS settings.
