For more BIOS update utilities in BIOS setup, refer to the section 3.10 Updating BIOS in
Chapter 3.
5. Wait until the light goes out, indicating that the BIOS updating process is completed.
Refer to section 1.1.8 Onboard LEDs for more information of the Flashback LED.
• Do not unplug portable disk, power system, or short the CLRTC jumper while BIOS
update is ongoing, otherwise update will be interrupted. In case of interruption, please
press and hold the BIOS_FLBK button for 3 seconds again to restart the process.
• Ifthelightashesforvesecondsandturnsintoasolidlight,thismeansthatthe
BIOS Flashback is not operating properly. Please check the following when this
happens:
- The USB drive should only contain a single partition.
 - TheUSBdriveshouldbeformattedtoaFAT32,FAT16,orNTFSlesystem.
 - TheBIOSlenameshouldbecorrectlynamed,andintherootfolderoftheUSB
drive.
- If the problem persists, the USB drive may not be compatible, please try another
USB drive of a different brand/model.
 ThenretrytheashbackbypressingtheBIOSashbackbuttonforthreesecondsuntil
the Flashback LED starts to blink
