4.2 Operation modes
The ASUS WL-330N is designed with ve operation modes: Router, Access Point
(AP), Ethernet Adapter, Repeater, Hotspot.
4.2.1 Router mode
In the Router mode, the ASUS WL-330N connects to the Internet via an ADSL or
a cable modem, and your network environment has multi-users using the same IP
to ISP.

In the Router mode:
• NAT is enabled.
• WAN is allowed using PPPoE, DHCP client, or static IP.
• UPnP and DDNS features, which are useful for home user, are supported.

1. Click the Wireless Router tab. The wireless Router page appears.
Disable your PC’s proxy settings when using the web GUI. Ensure the WL-330N and your PC
are under the same subnet. Check the Internet protocol (TCP/IP) settings of your local area
connection.
