Chapter 1 - Introduction 1. Introduction Chapter 1 Thank you for choosing the ASUS SpaceLink Access Point, a member of ASUS’ SpaceLink wireless infrastructure family. The ASUS SpaceLink Access Point complies with the IEEE 802.11b wireless standard to provide wireless mobile clients with network connectivity at data rates of up to 11 Mbps. The stand-alone ASUS SpaceLink Access Point connects to a small Ethernet network to provide wireless access for wireless mobile clients.
