Viewing drive contents
Youcanviewthelesstoredinthememory
ofthephoneoronminiSDcardusingthele
manager.
To view the contents of a drive:
1. Openthelemanagerasdescribedin
the “File Manager” section of this chapter.
2. Use the joystick to highlight a drive and
presstheEnterkeytoconrm.
3. Press the Enter key to display the list of
foldersandlesstoredontheselected
drive.
NOTE: Formatting a drive erases all the contents of the drive.
Do not select unless you have backed up important information.
If the selected drive contains folders, you can
browse up and down the folder list using the
joystick. Press the Enter key to display contents
of a highlighted folder.
While viewing folders, select Options to access
folder options, including open, create folder,
rename, and delete.
Toeditleswithinfolders,highlightale,then
selectOptions.Youcanforwardles,show
details, rename, copy, move, delete, delete all,
orsortles.
Toplayimage,audio,orvideoles,highlight
thele,thenpresstheEnterkey.
The organizer menu gives you access to a
number of features including alarms, calendar,
task list, calculator, world clock, sound recorder,
imageeditor,stopwatch,lemanager,units
converter, currency converter, and health
manager.
File Manager
Thelemanagerisafeaturethatenables
youtondandmanipulatelesstoredinthe
memory of your phone or on a miniSD™ card if
installed.
Toopenthelemanager:
1. From the main menu, select Organizer >
File Manager.
If a miniSD™ card is installed, three
virtualdiskdrivesaredisplayed.Therst
in the list represents the handset, the
second represents the DRM contents,
and the third represents the miniSD™
memory card.
2. Use the joystick to highlight a drive and
presstheEnterkeytoconrm.
Options for the selected drive are then
displayed. You can open the drive and
view contents, create a new folder, or
format the miniSD™ card.
