Settings
3. In the General Download section, make
the following selections as shown, then
click Search.
A list of download items appears. Choose
thelatestrmwareversionanddownload
theletothePC.Executetheexecutable
le,thenclickUpgrade.
4. Plugoneend(typeA)oftheUSBcable
to the PC.
5. Press <1> on the handset, then plug the
otherend(typeB)totheUSBportonthe
handset. The handset will automatically
detect the PC COM port.
6. Whenthemessage“Burningnished”
appears, click Exit.
NOTES:
• Makesurethehandsetbatteryhassufcientpowerincase
the process does not work.
• Do not interrupt or terminate the updating process. If the
process is terminated for any reason, remove the battery and
insert it again, then repeat the updating process.
• Theupdatingprocesstakesaroundthreetoveminutes.
Display Settings
The Settings > Display Settings option
enables you to change the theme, wallpaper
image, power on/off image, idle screen display,
and set clean wallpaper, brightness, and
backlight timer, sleep timer.
Themes
Themes are color schemes that can be set
on your phone. The theme can also be set
to change hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or
seasonally.
To set a theme:
1. From the main menu, press Settings >
Display Settings >Themes.
A list of themes is displayed.
2. Use the joystick to highlight a theme.
3. Press Enter to activate the theme or
press the left soft key to open
Options. Use the joystick to highlight an
optionandpresstheenterkeytoconrm.
The Activate option activates the selected
theme.TheThemeTimeroptiondenes
how often the theme is updated. The Set
Orderoptiondenestheorderinwhich
the themes are updated.
Wallpaper
To set the wallpaper:
1. From the main menu, press Settings >
Display Settings >Wallpaper.
2. Select the Default option from the
wallpaper menu.
3. Use the joystick to highlight an image to
use as wallpaper and press the left soft
key to view your selection.
4. Press the enter key to set.
You can also choose your own picture as
wallpaper. Instead of choosing a Default
