3.4 Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Problem Possible Solution
PowerLEDisnotON
• Press the ( ) button to check if the monitor is
in the ON mode.
• Check if the power adapter is connected to the
monitor and the power cord is properly connected to
the adapter and the power outlet.
• Check Power Indicator function in main menu OSD.
Select ONtoturnonpowerLED.

• Check if the monitor and the computer are in the ON
mode.
• Makesurethesignalcableisproperlyconnectedthe
monitor and the computer.
• Inspectthesignalcableandmakesurenoneofthe

• Connect the computer with another available monitor
tocheckifthecomputerisproperlyworking.

• Select the appropriate Color Temperature via OSD.

properly installed and activated.
