8. Connect the 8-pin ATX power
connector of the power cable to the
power supply module to get external
power supply.

Align the card’s golden fingers
with the slot, and then press
firmly until the card is completely
seated on the slot.
6. Secure the expansion card with the
screws that you removed earlier in
step 3.
7. When installing a PCIe x16 graphics
card that requires external power
supply, connect the 6+2 pin
connector of the bundled power
cable to the graphics card.
