Allows you to select Nehalem C state action.

C State package limit setting [Auto]
We recommend that you set this item to [Auto] for BIOS to automatically detect the
C-State mode supported by your CPU.

C1 Auto Demotion [Enabled]
When this item is enabled, the CPU will conditionally demote C3/C6/C7 requests to
C1 based on the uncore auto-demote information.
