LAN Driver (Optional)
Installing the LAN Driver for Windows ME & 2000
Installation is the same for Windows ME and 2000. Because Windows ME & 2000 already have the
driver for the internal LAN controller, your LAN should be ready to use after Windows setup. Consult your
network administrator if your LAN is not working. If reinstallation of the LAN driver is necessary, you can
use the “Add New Hardware” wizard in the Control Panel to install the driver provided by Microsoft.
The LAN driver provided on the support CD is only for convenience should you have problems with the one
provided by Microsoft. Insert the support CD and click LAN Driver on the autorun menu to start the instal-
lation wizard.
