4. ME firmware force recovery setting (3-pin ME_RCVR1)
This jumper allows you to force Intel Management Engine (ME) boot from recovery
mode when ME become corrupted.
5. PCH_MFG1 setting (3-pin PCH_MFG1)
This jumper allows you to update the BIOS ME block select.
