Turbo Mode Parameters
The following items appear only when you set Turbo Mode to [Enabled].
Long Duration Package Power Limit
As know as the power limit 1 in Watts. The default value will be the TDP
(thermal design power). The turbo ratio can be maintained for a duration to
exceed the TDP for the maximum system performance.
Conguration options: [Auto] [1] - [4095]
Package Power Time Window
As know as the power limit 1 in seconds. The value indicates the
maintained duration for the turbo ratio to exceed TDP (thermal design
power).
Conguration options: [Auto] [1] - [127]
Short Duration Package Power Limit
Also know as the power limit 2 in Watts. It is the second power limit to
provide a rapid protection when the package power exceed power limit
1. The default setting is 1.25 times the power limit 1. According to Intel,
the platform must be capable of supporting the duration for up to 10 msec
when the turbo ratio exceeds the power limit 2. The ASUS motherboards
can support the duration for a longer time.

IA AC Load Line
This item allows you to set the AC loadline dened in 1/100 mOhms. Use the <+> and
<-> keys to adjust the value.
Conguration options: [Auto] [0.01] - [62.49]
IA DC Load Line
This item allows you to set the DC loadline dened in 1/100 mOhms. Use the <+> and
<-> keys to adjust the value.
Conguration options: [Auto] [0.01] - [62.49]
CPU Core/Cache Current Limit Max.
This item allows you to congure a higher current limit to prevent a frequency or power
throttling when overclocking. Use the <+> and <-> keys to adjust the value.
Conguration options: [Auto] [0.00] - [255.50]
Min. CPU Cache Ratio
This item allows you to set the minimum possible CPU cache ratio. Use the <+> and <-> keys
to adjust the value.
Conguration options: [Auto] [8] - [40]
Max. CPU Cache Ratio
This item allows you to set the maximum possible CPU cache ratio. Use the <+> and <->
keys to adjust the value.
