Displays the machine name. Click on to edit the machine
name (max. character limit of 32 characters).
Device icon
Click on the device icon to view the event log of this device.
Login User
Displays the user account currently logged into the client
device’s RTL8117 remote management controller.

5.8 RTL8117 Management Control
Information
The
RTL8117
Management Control Information
allows you to monitor the
hardware status, and perform functions through the RTL8117 remote management
controller when there is no OS installed on the client device, or when you cannot
enter the OS of the client device.
The functions in this section are hardware controlled and values may differ
with the software version. Please refer to Chapter 4 for more information on
Software mode.
• The client device needs to support RTL8117 remote management
controller.
• Ensure the client device’s RTL8117 is enabled if this is a new machine
which is used for the first time or has been reset to factory settings. In the
device’s BIOS, navigate to
Advanced
> RTL8117 setting, then enable
RTL8117.
