3.7 Settings
This page allows you to configure the BMC settings. Click on an item for more options.
3.7.1 Date & Time
This page allows you to set the date and time on the BMC. You can either select a time zone
from the interactive map, or manually set the date and time.
• If the time zone is selected from the group of manual offset (GMT/ETC time zones), the
interactive map selection feature will be disabled.
• Ensure to click on
Save
to save the changes made. The new settings will only be
applied after the changes have been saved.
• If the BIOS time and BMC time differs by over 30 minutes when the remote device is
powered on, the web-based user interface will be logged out. Ensure to manually or
automatically set the BMC time after the BMC is connected.
